TASTING NOTES

Floral and delicate. Miòl Rosè pairs well with tasty aperitifs, delicate starters from the Adriatic Sea and the land, unstructured first and second course fish dishes but also with toasted rye bread, smoked trout and chives as well as sweet vegetable crudités with salt and pepper

8 – 10 °C

TASTE

A fine balance between acidity, volume and body but with a dry finish and delicate persistence
